Round 2
Everyone wanted Black Apple, so I skipped the citrus ones.
Black Apple (2 dashes Xocolatl bitters, 1/2 oz Carpano, 1 oz Cynar, 1.5 oz Black Bush, ice cubes)
Grass-Fed Beef (3/4 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz Cynar, 1 oz Becherovka, 1 1/2 oz rye, ice cubes)
Border-Radius (3/4 oz lemon juice, 1 oz turbinado syrup, 2 dashes Angostura, 1/2 oz aged rum, 1 1/2 oz rye, ice cubes)
Round 3
New Orleans Freak (dash Creole, 2 oz Rye, 1/2 oz Benedictine, 1/2 oz absinthe, ice chunk)
Scotsman on a Horse (1/2 oz Benedictine, 1/2 oz Gran Classico, 2 oz Islay, ice chunk)
Summer Campfire (1 Tbs maple syrup, 1.5 oz Carpano, 1 oz Laphraoig, ice chunk)
Round 4
Too full for round 4 after goose & wine. Resorted to Cynar & sodas.
Salt Flats (1/2 oz Turbinado | 3 dash orange bitters | 2 oz dry vermouth | 1 oz absinthe | ice cubes)
Egg Nog (1 egg | 2 oz heavy cream | 1/2 oz simple syrup | 1 oz aged rum | 1 oz rye, shake, ice, shake, strain, no rocks)
